For bag opening or bag emptying stations, small and medium-sized VP2 units can be integrated in the dedicated VP2_ST version. In this configuration, MLT Cuccolini can also supply the complete bag opening station, tailored to the user's installation layout and operating requirements.

Where the next production step is fed through vacuum conveying, MLT Cuccolini offers the VTP vibrating sieve for inline safety sieving. Available in size 800, this solution can handle approximately 3 to 5 t/h in the 10 to 0.8 mm mesh size range without causing significant delays to the conveying line.

For specific wheat flour safety sieving duties requiring finer mesh sizes, in the 0.7 to 0.5 mm range, MLT Cuccolini can provide the VPB/M series with vertical motor. This same series can also be applied to flour classification in milling applications, particularly in smaller-scale productions such as ancient grain processing.
